I prioritise Smooth Checkout Experience for customers

I Develop my Store Business through a Circular Economy

I recruit, develop, motivate and take care of human capital
TRAFFIC : I ensure customers are growing at the store (New and old)
- I work on the occupancy rate of the playground.
- I increase the Wilkins to the store via regular events in the catchment and store.
- I work with the team on active local community of stores 5 sports.
- I do strategic tie ups in the catchment for affiliation and communication and place of practice
- I ensure strategic society Tie ups and engagements.
