Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Junior Level
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong skills preferred)

Position Overview
As a CRE, you'll be the primary point of contact for farmers, dealers, and franchisees, ensuring exceptional post-sales experiences. Foster long-term relationships, resolve queries, and collaborate with internal teams to align our mission with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Build rapport, resolve issues, conduct follow-ups, and drive loyalty through personalized support.
- Support & Communication: Educate on products/services, assist with installation/troubleshooting, and update customer databases.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather insights, analyze trends, and recommend enhancements.
- Reporting & CRM: Track metrics, maintain records, and provide actionable reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English (read & speak); additional languages a plus.
- Skills: Customer-centric mindset, problem-solving, Agri-machinery knowledge, CRM proficiency, strong communication & organization.
- Education: Graduate in Agriculture, Business, or related field (certifications advantageous).
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (Agri/rural sectors preferred).
