Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRM) who will act as a bridge between the company and clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales journey.

Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRM) who will act as a bridge between the company and clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales journey.
Key Responsiblities:
1. Customer Handling & Communication
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
- Address customer queries related to projects, pricing, and processes
- Maintain professional and timely communication with clients
- Handle and track leads received from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and references
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate lead status in CRM software
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers
- Support the sales team in converting leads into bookings
- Ensure no lead is missed or delayed
- Assist customers after booking (documentation, payment reminders, updates)
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, legal)
- Ensure a smooth customer experience till possession
- Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems
- Generate reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements
Graduate in any field (MBA preferred- )0–2 years of experience in CRM / Sales / Customer Support (Real Estate preferred
- )Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Odia preferred
- )Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Exce
- lGood interpersonal and problem-solving skill
