Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRM) who will act as a bridge between the company and clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales journey.

Key Responsiblities:
1. Customer Handling & Communication
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
  • Address customer queries related to projects, pricing, and processes
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with clients
2. Lead management
  • Handle and track leads received from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and references
  • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate lead status in CRM software
3. Follow Ups & Conversions
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers
  • Support the sales team in converting leads into bookings
  • Ensure no lead is missed or delayed
4. Post Sales Support
  • Assist customers after booking (documentation, payment reminders, updates)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, legal)
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience till possession
5. CRM & Data Management
  • Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems
  • Generate reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field (MBA preferred
  • )0–2 years of experience in CRM / Sales / Customer Support (Real Estate preferred
  • )Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Odia preferred
  • )Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Exce
  • lGood interpersonal and problem-solving skill
