Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Professional based in our Noida office. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, managing customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires effective communication, proactive issue resolution, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in delivering superior Customer Experience and handling queries with exceptional Phone Etiquette
  • Effective problem-solving and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Prior experience in customer service roles or related fields is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools would be advantageous
