The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to deliver a world-class experience for our members. You will serve as a key point of contact for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), helping them understand, engage with, and realize the value of the YouLabs longevity program.

This role requires someone who is highly customer-centric, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable building relationships with discerning customers. You will work closely with doctors, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless member journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of HNI members.
  • Guide members through onboarding and ensure a smooth introduction to the YouLabs platform and longevity programs.
  • Proactively communicate the value and outcomes of the program, helping members stay engaged and committed to their health goals.
  • Coordinate with doctors, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of member requests and program milestones.
  • Handle member queries, concerns, and escalations with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships through regular touchpoints and personalized interactions.
  • Track member feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor member engagement and proactively intervene when participation or adherence drops.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and program progress.
  • Contribute to building best practices and processes as we scale the customer success function.


What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, relationship management, concierge services, hospitality, healthcare coordination, wealth management, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong empathy and ability to build trust with premium customers.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer communication tools is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with HNI, premium, or concierge-style customers.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, luxury services, hospitality, fintech, or consumer subscription businesses.
  • Interest in health optimization, longevity, wellness, or preventive healthcare.
