We're looking for a Customer Success & Business Growth Manager who can take ownership of customer relationships, drive B2B business growth, and lead a high-performing customer support team. This role is perfect for professionals who enjoy solving customer challenges, managing key accounts, improving customer retention, and contributing directly to business growth.

What You'll Do: Customer Success & Business Growth

  • Drive business growth through B2B and assisted sales channels.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Track sales performance, customer retention, and conversion metrics.

Customer Experience Excellence

  • Own the complete customer journey from onboarding to issue resolution.
  • Handle critical customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and service standards.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop customer support and customer success teams.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-first culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Product, Supply Chain, and Technology teams.
  • Share customer insights to improve products, services, and internal processes.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, B2B Sales, Account Management, Customer Experience, or Operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing B2B clients, corporate accounts, or key accounts.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
