Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Manager to ensure clients achieve maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate will own the post-sales customer journey, drive product adoption, build strong client relationships, and improve customer retention. Willingness to work in US/UK shifts is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from the Sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as their primary point of contact.
- Drive product adoption through training, regular check-ins, and business reviews.
- Monitor customer health, address concerns proactively, and minimize churn.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer issues.
- Manage renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain customer records in CRM and track key customer success metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience in SaaS or IT Services is preferred.
- Willingness to work in US/UK shifts.
