We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Manager to ensure clients achieve maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate will own the post-sales customer journey, drive product adoption, build strong client relationships, and improve customer retention. Willingness to work in US/UK shifts is preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from the Sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Drive product adoption through training, regular check-ins, and business reviews.
  • Monitor customer health, address concerns proactively, and minimize churn.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Manage renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM and track key customer success metrics.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or IT Services is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in US/UK shifts.
