Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our growing customer experience team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently while delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
- Understand customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic interaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Role Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Customer Support / Customer Experience.
- Good proficiency in English
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic during customer interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in voice customer support.
- Experience working with ticketing/CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
