Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone.
• Understand customer requirements and provide the appropriate assistance.
• Answer customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up with customers when required.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi and Telugu
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹10,000/month during the first 2 months.
• ₹20,000/month after successful completion of 2 months, based on performance.
