About the Role

CaratBee is hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle our US and UK customers across voice and email. This is a front-line role you will be the brand's voice to international customers, resolving queries, managing orders, and turning problems into good experiences.

Strictly on-site from our Surat office. Remote, hybrid, and work-from-home applications will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US and UK customers
• Manage email support queue with clear, professional, well-written responses
• Resolve order, shipping, returns, exchange, and product queries end to end
• Coordinate with internal teams to close customer issues within defined timelines
• Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction
• Escalate issues appropriately and follow up until resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of customer support experience handling US or UK clients non-negotiable
• Fluent, confident spoken English with a neutral accent mandatory
• Strong written English; able to draft professional emails independently
• Comfortable on voice calls with international customers
• Ecommerce or D2C support experience preferred
• Able to work from our Surat office full-time
