About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Healthcare and Electronic Retail Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with product, service, policy, order, and claim-related queries via voice interactions. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience by addressing their concerns efficiently and professionally. Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating a strong desire to excel in customer service roles. Excellent phone etiquette, along with superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, are essential. The ability to multitask effectively, organize workload efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment is crucial. A proactive attitude and a customer-first mindset will help you succeed in this role. Educational qualifications are flexible, with a focus on communication skills and enthusiasm for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through voice channels, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist healthcare customers with claims processing, policy details, benefits, and service requests to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Support electronic retail customers with order tracking, product information, returns, exchanges, warranty concerns, and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, and case updates.
  • Meet and exceed quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets set by the organization.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
