Role Description

The Customer Support Specialist will handle client inquiries, provide exceptional service, and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include offering technical and non-technical support, addressing concerns, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Additionally, the specialist will monitor the status of shipments, update customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and building positive relationships.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills, including active listening and empathetic communication.
• Experience in Technical Support and resolving client technical queries efficiently.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to troubleshoot and ensure effective resolution of issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
