Data and Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to play a key role in managing, analyzing, and optimizing data to support our customers. In this role, you will work closely with field teams, account teams, and key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, maintain master data consistency, and deliver impactful reporting that drives smart business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Survey Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of field surveys to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Business & Account Reporting: Deliver tailored customer and account-level reporting that perfectly aligns with business expectations.
• Master Data Governance: Maintain critical master data—including outlets, products, people, and territories—to guarantee absolute accuracy and consistency.
• Process Optimization: Support and uphold standard analytical processes within the core Data & Insight team.
• Stakeholder & Account Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships with account teams and field teams to support ongoing improvements and drive decision-making.

What We Are Looking For:

Technical Expertise & Platform Understanding:

• Data & Reporting Experience: Proven experience in data handling and reporting. Prior exposure to in-house or back-office environments is ideal, and REX experience is highly preferred.
• Analytics Toolkit: Strong Excel skills combined with practical, hands-on experience building and managing reports in Power BI.
• Core Interest: A genuine, demonstrable interest in data, analytics, and uncovering trends.
