Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Entry Operator role based in Delhi, India. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in company systems, including customer information, equipment details, service records, and transactional documents. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing source documents, verifying data for accuracy and completeness, organizing digital and physical records, and maintaining up-to-date databases. The role also involves supporting administrative processes, coordinating with internal teams, responding to basic customer information requests, and following data security and confidentiality guidelines. The Data Entry Operator will work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure timely and reliable documentation that supports smooth business operations.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Candidates should possess solid computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing software, and data management systems.
  • Candidates should possess administrative assistance capabilities, including organizing records, handling documentation, and supporting office processes.

  • Relevant experience in data entry, office administration, or a similar role is beneficial.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training in computers or office administration is an advantage.
