Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary:

As a Data Governance Practitioner, a typical day involves establishing and enforcing data governance policies that uphold the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to define and maintain data standards. The practitioner facilitates efficient data collection, storage, access, and usage processes while actively driving initiatives that promote data stewardship. Through these efforts, the role ensures comprehensive and effective governance of data assets, supporting the organization's overall data management strategy and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data governance practices with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on data governance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
