Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Data Scientist who can bridge the gap between business strategy and advanced analytics. This role requires a balanced mix of Business Analysis, Data Science, Machine Learning, and stakeholder management capabilities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in identifying business problems, translating them into analytical solutions, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Machine Learning, AI, and cloud-based analytics platforms is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, identify business challenges, and define analytical problem statements.
• Engage with senior leadership and business teams to design analytics initiatives and communicate data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate meaningful business insights and support decision-making.
• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions to solve real-world business problems.
• Build predictive, prescriptive, and statistical models for business applications.
• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using cloud platforms and modern ML frameworks.
• Present analytical findings, business recommendations, and project outcomes through impactful presentations and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and data engineering teams.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
  
  

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Overall 5 to 8 years of experience in Analytics, insights or consulting + PYTHON IS MANDATORY
• Ability to engage in discussion with senior stakeholders on defining business problems, designing analyses projects, and articulating analytical insights.
• Strong working experience in building models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, recommendation, Deep Learning, NLP.
• Strong experience of developing AI & Machine Learning solutions on cloud platforms like AWS.
• Hands-on experience with popular development frameworks like Scikit-learn / TensorFlow / PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is needed.
• Working knowledge of Gen AI would be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of SQL query development is desired; Familiarity with data platforms like SnowFlake would be an added advantage.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) solutions and use cases.
• Experience with Snowflake or other modern cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring practices.
• Experience working in consulting or customer-facing analytics engagements.
  
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
