Job Summary
IMAGES Group is looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team. - Delegate Sales Executive (1+ years of experience)
- Sr. Sales Executive – Media Sales / Sponsorship Sales (2 years of experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive delegate registrations, media sales, sponsorships, advertising, and event-related revenue.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective clients, delegates, and business partners through multiple outreach channels.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing leaders, brand managers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute effective sales and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Delegate Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Event Sales, Exhibition Sales, Brand Partnerships, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
