Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Design Engineer based in Gurgaon (Haryana), India. The Junior Design Engineer will assist in designing and developing products and components. Responsibilities include creating drawings and ensuring industry standards.

  Key responsibilities

  • Knowledge and skills in Fixtures.
  • Main Knowledge
  • Fixture Designing.
  • Software Knowledge
  • SolidWorks.
  • Create 2D & 3D models using CAD tools (SolidWorks).
  • Use of Advanced Mates (SolidWorks)
  • Use GD&T in 2D drawings (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  • Ability to prepare BOM and technical documentation (SolidWorks).
  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams to resolve 2D drawing issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

  
  

  Automation / Machine Design

  • Exposure to pneumatic/hydraulic components, actuators, cylinders, and valves.
  • Support the design of jigs, fixtures, robotic assemblies, or SPMs (Special Purpose Machines).
  • Basic understanding of motion mechanisms, sliders, linear guides, etc.

  
  

  Qualifications

  • Experience 4-6 Years. (Minimum 3 Yr. required)
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
  • Familiarity with automation systems and manufacturing processes is a plus.

  
  

  Salary Range: ₹35,000 to 50,000 per month CTC (Negotiable based on skills & experience)
