We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape what we build next.

We recently raised $25M in Series A funding and are entering a rapid growth phase. Our India office is based in Hyderabad/Bangalore.

Role Overview

You'll design, build, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment systems that power Deccan AI's products. You'll be a force multiplier for the engineering org — reducing friction so developers can ship without breaking things.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible)
• Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline deployment workflows
• Own incident response for deployment/infra-related issues
• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and developer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proficiency in IaC (Terraform preferred) and scripting (Python/Bash/Go)
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tooling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with ML/AI infrastructure or MLOps
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes)
