About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Your primary focus will be on optimizing ad spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition, ensuring that campaigns are data-driven and aligned with our overall business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your analytical skills and creative insights will directly impact the company's growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager platforms.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and performance analytics to optimize campaigns effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad concepts.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to achieve specified KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and audiences to identify high-performing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content based on data insights and market trends.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly and prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms to maximize ROI.
