Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and self-driven Digital Content Creator to help build Career Momentum's online presence.
You will work directly with the founder to create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The founder will provide direction, content ideas, case studies, and key messages. Your role will be to transform these into high-quality posts, carousels, reels, and short-form content.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a portfolio in content creation, social media marketing, personal branding, and education-focused content.

Key Responsibilities
- Create Instagram carousels from provided content and ideas
- Design social media posts and graphics
- Edit and publish short-form videos and reels
- Suggest content ideas and content improvements
- Create basic promotional creatives and advertisements
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple social media formats
- Stay updated with current social media trends and formats
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Required Skills
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
- Basic graphic design skills
- Basic English writing and communication skills
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and social media content formats
- Ability to follow creative directions and feedback
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Experience managing or creating content for Instagram pages
- Experience creating reels, carousels, ads, or personal branding content
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
