The Digital Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and interactive digital learning assets for various learning solutions. The role involves collaborating with instructional designers, content developers, media teams, and stakeholders to design high-quality graphics, multimedia elements, and digital experiences aligned with client and business requirements.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing digital learning assets, including graphics, infographics, illustrations, presentations, and interactive media.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts for eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and digital content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content teams to understand project requirements and learning objectives.
• Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, and design standards across all learning materials.
• Create and edit multimedia assets such as animations, audio-visual elements, and UI components.
• Optimize digital assets for web, mobile, and LMS platforms.
• Support rapid content development and multiple project deliveries within defined timelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in digital learning and design.
• Participate in review cycles and implement feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
