Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will work full time on-site at Bitmore’s Kozhikode office. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels, aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. The Digital Marketing Executive will develop and optimize content for web and social platforms, monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, and prepare reports with clear insights and recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, coordinating with the creative and video production teams, conducting market and audience research, and staying updated on digital trends and best practices. The role also includes SEO activities and should be proficient in that as well.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and basic performance marketing understanding.
  • Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing platforms, creating content plans, and optimizing engagement.
  • Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills, including creating concise, audience-focused blogs and proficiency in SEO.
  • Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track and optimize performance.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
  • Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva or similar design tools) is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment, with strong time management and attention to detail.
