Requirements

✅ 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing

✅ Strong expertise in Paid Ads (Meta Ads + Google Ads mandatory)

✅ Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms

✅ Proven track record of successful campaigns, preferably lead campaigns

✅ Good understanding of targeting, funnels, and audience segmentation

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Role Description

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc
• Run and optimise PPC and display ad campaigns for maximum ROI
• Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to strengthen campaign performance
• Manage and grow official social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Plan and implement monthly social media content calendars
• Execute organic strategies to increase engagement and followers
• Manage comments, messages, and community interactions
• Create and optimise landing pages to improve user experience and conversions
• Monitor website traffic and campaign metrics using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
• Generate leads and improve conversion rates across channels
• Manage online reputation and brand presence
• Coordinate with designers and content writers for smooth campaign execution
• A/B test ads, creatives, and landing pages for continuous improvement
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
