Digital Marketing Executive

Digital Marketer (Google Ads & Meta) — Purnia

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketer with a strong track record in Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) Business Manager to join our team in Purnia.

This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running. You should already know how to build, launch, optimise, and report on campaigns independently — this is not a trainee position. What You'll Do

- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) end to end

- Build and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns through Business Manager and Ads Manager

- Manage budgets, monitor pacing, and optimise for CPA, ROAS, and lead quality

- Build and maintain performance reports in Excel/Google Sheets, and translate numbers into clear insights

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing on creatives and copy

- Track and troubleshoot conversions (pixels, tags, basic GA4 familiarity)

- Share weekly updates on campaign performance and next steps

What We're Looking For

- 4 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (able to work independently, without training)

- Strong Excel skills — comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and building clean reports

- Good written and spoken English — clear communication is essential

- Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimisation

- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

- Own laptop for work

- Reliable and stable internet connection

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
