Brand Vidya Digital Marketing Services is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. If you’re data-focused, ROI-oriented, and love optimizing campaigns for growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tiktok and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to achieve KPIs and business goals.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of funnels and conversion tracking.
• Experience with GA4, tracking pixels, and performance reporting.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
