Performance Marketing Manager (Digital Services / Subscriptions)
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience: 4–6 Years
CTC: ₹4–6 LPA + Performance Incentives
- Role Summary
We are looking for a pure performance marketer, not a generic digital marketer. Your core job is lead generation and revenue through paid campaigns for digital services, subscriptions, and e-commerce offerings.
- Key Responsibilities
· Drive lead generation and sales through Meta, Google & other paid platforms
· Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns with ROI focus
· Handle end-to-end funnel – ad → landing → conversion → optimization
· Work on subscription/e-commerce growth strategies
· Continuously optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS and conversion rates
· Collaborate with creatives team for high-conversion ad assets
- Requirements
· 4–6 years experience in performance marketing (paid ads only)
· Experience in digital services / SaaS / subscriptions / e-commerce sales funnels
· Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
· Deep understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
· Ability to scale campaigns with measurable ROI
