Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display to drive awareness, lead generation, and enrollment for ISFT programs. Day-to-day activities include managing paid and organic campaigns, overseeing content and creatives, analyzing performance metrics, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with academic, admissions, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with program launches and institutional goals. The position also involves managing agency or vendor relationships, staying current with digital trends in education and finance, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, and performance optimization across channels such as search, social media, and email.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms, marketing automation) to track, interpret, and act on data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in content development and management for digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ability to manage online advertising budgets, oversee SEO/SEM initiatives, and coordinate with designers or agencies for digital creatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Demonstrated experience in education, edtech, finance, or a related sector is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
