Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Darbhanga. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Responsibilities include managing social media presence, creating and overseeing content calendars, running paid and organic campaigns, tracking performance using web analytics tools, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and retention. The role also involves lead generation through performance marketing, partnerships, and targeted campaigns, as well as collaborating with product and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The Digital Marketing Manager will regularly analyze data, prepare reports, and refine strategies to support growth in existing and new markets.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in Lead Generation through performance marketing, targeted outreach, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to monitor performance, derive insights, and inform decisions.
- Proven experience in a growth-focused or startup environment, preferably in consumer tech or food-tech.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
- Comfort working on-site in Darbhanga and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
