Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-performing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.

This role requires someone who can take ownership, drive results, and independently manage campaigns from day one.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
• Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns
• Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies
• Handle social media marketing and content planning
• Execute email marketing and customer engagement campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPL, and conversions
• Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales)

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing.
• Knowledge of lead generation, funnels, and retargeting strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
