We’re a strategic growth partner integrating brand, marketing, and digital, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager who thrives on making complex, multi-channel programs move. Not just tracking tasks, but orchestrating outcomes. You’re the connective tissue between ambitious strategy and exceptional delivery, and you take real ownership of what that means.

This role sits at the intersection of client needs, team capacity, and functional expertise. You’ll work directly with Account Growth Directors, Client Managers, and Functional Leads across Design, Content, Development, SEO, and Paid Media. The work is fast, integrated, and built to drive measurable growth for our clients.

What you’ll do

Own the plan. Translate integrated client strategies into structured project plans with clear milestones, defined owners, and realistic timelines. Anticipate risks before they become problems, build contingency into everything, and ensure every project has full clarity before it kicks off.

Drive delivery. Coordinate seamlessly across disciplines, facilitate smooth handoffs, and remove the friction that slows teams down. You facilitate without micromanaging, providing direction then trusting specialists to do what they do best.

Keep everyone aligned. Run focused, productive project meetings. Ensure actions, decisions, and risks flow clearly across internal teams and clients. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

Hold the quality bar. Review every deliverable before it reaches a client. Catch errors, inconsistencies, and gaps early. Delivery excellence isn’t occasional for you, it’s the standard.

Track the money. Monitor hours against estimates in real-time, flag variances early, and partner with your Account Growth Director to address budget risks through scope adjustments or resource optimization.

Make things better. Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and contribute to the operational frameworks that make the agency sharper with every engagement.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency
  • A passion and genuine curiosity for digital marketing
  • Proven track record managing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs
  • Deep familiarity with project management tools (we use Teamwork) and strong systems discipline
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed without being asked
  • Commercial awareness: you understand how project decisions affect profitability
  • Calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Experience with HubSpot and Notion is a plus
