Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote ART’s travel services and packages across multiple online channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and optimizing online content, setting up and monitoring paid campaigns, and tracking performance using web analytics tools. The specialist will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness. The role also involves analyzing trends in the travel industry, optimizing customer journeys, and recommending improvements to digital strategies for better engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing, with the ability to manage and grow brand presence on major platforms.
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to monitor performance, interpret data, and report on key metrics.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging messaging and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, content marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Agra, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
