About The Role
The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist at Cave Digital Australia will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and increase sales revenue for our diverse portfolio of clients. This position requires a resilient, self-motivated individual who can operate independently, troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, and think strategically to optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools, enabling them to deliver measurable results that align with business goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in both B2B and B2C environments. Proficiency in major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and LinkedIn is essential. Experience managing e-commerce storefronts on Shopify and marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace is highly desirable. A solid understanding of SEO techniques, website analytics (Google Analytics 4, GTM, Search Console), and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is required. The candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role encompass a broad spectrum of digital marketing activities:
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Develop, plan, and execute tactical marketing campaigns across various channels. Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring high performance and ROI. Set up and optimize paid social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn. Oversee native advertising campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain, and similar platforms, focusing on conversion optimization and ROAS.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, perform technical and on-page SEO audits, and optimize landing pages and website content. Develop backlink strategies to improve domain authority and monitor website health using Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations: Manage Shopify storefronts, including product listings, app integrations, and CRO initiatives. Oversee brand presence on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace, ensuring listings are optimized for search and sales.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Design and deploy email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, and Klaviyo. Troubleshoot technical issues related to email templates, segmentation, and data hygiene to ensure seamless automation and engagement.
- Content, Copywriting & Design: Create compelling ad creatives and newsletters using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Write engaging blogs, articles, and landing page copy to support content marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics 4, GTM, and Facebook Pixels to monitor campaign performance. Generate reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and sales targets.
