Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time remote position focused on planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns for diverse clients and internal initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, developing digital marketing strategies, creating and running online advertising campaigns, and monitoring performance across platforms. The specialist will analyze web and campaign data, prepare performance reports, and make data-backed recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning messaging and branding, and occasionally contributing to educational content or sessions that support the training of digital learners.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.
• Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for client interactions, reporting, and collaboration.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with common digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, marketing automation tools).
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous agency or multi-client experience and an interest in mentoring or supporting learners in digital marketing are advantageous.
