Role: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

IndiMac Healthcare is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive patient and client acquisition through digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing online visibility, optimising local search presence, and improving conversion rates across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through Google Business Profile, Justdial, social media platforms, and other online channels.
  • Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles to improve local search rankings and customer engagement.
  • Create, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimise online business listings and directory profiles to maximise visibility and lead generation.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
  • Implement local SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to increase market reach.
  • Develop and manage content for social media, website updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Continuously recommend and implement strategies to improve lead volume, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local SEO.
  • Familiarity with online business directories such as Justdial and similar lead-generation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and conversion data.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, home healthcare, or service-based industries.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes.
  • Understanding of conversion optimisation and customer acquisition strategies.
