Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels to build brand awareness and drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for Kidology’s products. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, coordinating with designers and content creators, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role involves tracking and analyzing performance data, using web analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, and preparing regular reports with actionable insights. The specialist will also support email marketing, paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and online promotions, while staying current with digital marketing trends in the parenting and early learning space.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and engagement growth.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for parents, educators, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with basic design or creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and familiarity with SEO and SEM are beneficial.
- Prior experience in consumer brands, toys, edtech, or early childhood products is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
