The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing course materials, conducting workshops, and mentoring students or professionals to enhance their digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions (online/offline) on digital marketing topics such as:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM / PPC Advertising
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing
- Web Analytics
- Marketing Automation
- Provide practical training on tools like:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Develop structured lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct live projects and case-study-based learning.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm updates.
- Assist students with certifications and career guidance.
- Collaborate with the content team to improve training materials.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor (preferred).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Certifications such as:
- Google Ads Certification
- Google Analytics Certification
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience in handling live ad accounts.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Learning Management Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and mentoring ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Result-oriented mindset
- Adaptability to new tools and trends
