Qila Tatarpur is a meticulously restored heritage fort dating back to 1000 AD, being transformed into one of India’s most distinctive luxury heritage retreats.

Opening in October 2026, the 45-key property will offer an experience-led stay combining heritage, gastronomy, wellness, curated adventures and personalised hospitality within driving distance of Delhi NCR.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy and establish Qila Tatarpur as one of India’s most sought-after luxury destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy.
• Drive room, F&B, weddings and ancillary revenues.
• Build relationships with luxury travel partners, corporate accounts, wedding planners and DMCs.
• Lead digital marketing, PR and brand positioning in collaboration with agency partners.
• Oversee OTA, GDS and distribution channels.
• Work closely with Revenue Management and Operations to achieve commercial objectives.
• Recruit, lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team.

Preferred Profile

• 8+ years of hotel sales and marketing experience, including leadership roles.
• Luxury or upper-upscale hospitality background preferred.
• Strong network across leisure, corporate, weddings and travel trade.
• Commercially driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Marriott, Hyatt, Taj, Oberoi, IHG, Hilton, Accor, Minor, Radisson or similar international hotel brands preferred.
