Job Title: Sr. Director-Workforce/Resource Management

Experience: 15+ years

Location: Hyderabad

Lead workforce planning and resource fulfilment across business units, ensuring optimal utilization, cost efficiency, and timely deployment of talent to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive resource forecasting, demand planning, and fulfilment strategy.
• Manage utilization, bench optimization, and workforce deployment.
• Govern internal mobility, external hiring, and upskilling initiatives.
• Oversee onsite–offshore resource planning, visa utilization, and global workforce movements.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, TA, and Finance to ensure effective workforce management.
• Build governance dashboards and lead a high-performing RMG team.

Desired Experience

• 16–20 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Management, Capacity Planning, or Delivery Operations within IT Services/Consulting.
• Strong expertise in utilization management, bench governance, deployment planning, and cost optimization.
• Experience working with large delivery organizations and senior business stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
