Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role based in Aurangabad. The Doctor will be responsible for assessing patients, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. Daily tasks include conducting outpatient consultations, managing inpatients, prescribing medications, performing or assisting with procedures as applicable, working as pharmaceutical researcher and FDA executive. The role involves maintaining detailed medical records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements. The Doctor will also educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and treatment options, and participate in case discussions and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Relevant medical degree (B.A.M.S., M.S. in Ras Shastra) from a recognized institution and valid registration with the appropriate medical council or licensing body.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills, with the ability to manage both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage time efficiently, and handle a structured clinical schedule in an on-site setting.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, confidentiality, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Willingness to participate in continuing medical education, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
