Virtual Medical Assistant – Doctors On Call (US Hospital Support)

🌙 Shift: US Night Shift

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking medical assistance. You'll coordinate appointments, support emergency requests, assist physicians, maintain patient records, and deliver an outstanding patient experience—all while working with leading US healthcare providers.

✅ Handle inbound patient calls

✅ Schedule doctor appointments

✅ Coordinate ambulance and emergency assistance when required

✅ Assist patients with healthcare-related queries

✅ Update Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)

✅ Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams

✅ Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient documentation

✅ Deliver exceptional patient service with empathy and professionalism

✔ Excellent spoken and written English

✔ Strong communication and active listening skills

✔ Ability to remain calm under pressure

✔ Customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism

✔ Good computer knowledge and typing skills (55 WPM)
