Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for our quick commerce and D2C channels to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing e-commerce team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that our offerings meet market demands and customer preferences.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by leveraging customer insights and analytics to optimize the user journey.
  • Marketing Strategy: Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, payment gateways, and other service providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in quick commerce or D2C sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large-scale e-commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in analytics tools and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
