We're looking for an E-commerce Manager who can own the complete post-purchase and e-commerce operations ecosystem while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Operations
  • Own end-to-end order lifecycle from order confirmation to successful delivery
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners for timely dispatches
  • Monitor daily order processing, returns, replacements, and cancellations
  • Ensure smooth inventory flow across all sales channels
Customer Experience
  • Deliver an exceptional post-purchase experience
  • Manage customer queries, escalations, and issue resolution
  • Improve CSAT, NPS, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Build SOPs to improve customer experience at every touchpoint
Marketplace & Store Operations
  • Manage Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and other marketplaces
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and merchandising
  • Coordinate launches, offers, and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor marketplace performance and operational health
Supply Chain & Fulfilment
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams
  • Track inventory planning and stock availability
  • Minimize dispatch delays and reduce RTOs
  • Improve fulfilment efficiency and delivery timelines
Reviews & Retention
  • Drive customer reviews and ratings across platforms
  • Collect customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with Product and Growth teams to improve retention and repeat purchases
  • Build post-purchase communication journeys
Reporting & Analytics
  • Track daily operational KPIs and prepare performance reports
  • Analyze order trends, customer complaints, returns, and fulfilment metrics
  • Recommend process improvements for operational excellence
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations
  • Experience with Shopify and major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of order management, fulfilment, logistics, and inventory
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Prior experience in Beauty, Wellness, or D2C brands is preferred
