Role Description The Educational Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The person in this role will counsel students and families on domestic and international education pathways, including UG, PG, medical, nursing, and diploma programs, providing accurate information on programs, universities, and admissions requirements. They will conduct one-on-one consultations, assess student profiles, recommend suitable institutions, and support applicants through application, documentation, and interview processes. The Educational Consultant will build and maintain relationships with partner universities, schools, and educational institutions, and coordinate information sessions, seminars, and outreach activities. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global education trends, ensuring high-quality customer service, and accurately updating CRM or tracking systems with student and institutional data.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to guide students on academic pathways and institutional options.
• Experience in Consulting, including needs assessment, solution design, and implementation support for students, families, and institutional partners.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience in education counseling, university admissions, or international education environments, preferably in the Middle East or similar markets.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain accurate records and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with global higher education systems, visa and admission processes, and basic use of CRM or student management tools.
