Role Description The Electrical Engineer (Distribution) role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kota. The engineer will oversee the design, planning, and implementation of electrical distribution systems for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety codes and technical standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and specifications, reviewing load calculations, coordinating with project managers and site supervisors, and monitoring installation work to ensure quality and reliability. The role also involves diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, optimizing system performance, and conducting inspections and tests to verify proper operation of power systems. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support documentation and reporting, and provide technical guidance to junior staff and technicians as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, including practical knowledge of Electricity principles and applications.
• Experience with Electrical Design for distribution networks, including schematics, layouts, and load analysis.
• Proficiency in Power Distribution systems, including installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
• Understanding of Power Systems, grid connectivity, protection devices, and safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in electrical distribution or similar project-based roles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, codes, and specifications; familiarity with industry-standard design software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with site teams and contractors on-site.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kota and visit project locations as required.
