Role Description The Electrical Engineer will work on-site in Panaji in a full-time capacity, supporting electro-mechanical projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing electrical systems, preparing technical drawings and specifications, and contributing to power distribution and power system layouts for land-based and marine/offshore assets. The role involves performing load calculations, selecting appropriate electrical equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety codes, industry standards, and client requirements. The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with mechanical teams and project supervisors, support installation and commissioning activities, troubleshoot electrical issues, and provide technical documentation and reports. The position also requires active participation in project planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, and a solid understanding of electrical fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including creating schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution and Power Systems, with experience in system analysis and load management.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in industrial, marine, or offshore electrical projects is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications, and to work safely in on-site environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the capacity to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Familiarity with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and common design and simulation tools is an advantage.
