Email Marketing Lead Generation Executive/Manager

About the Role

You will handle email outreach for our agency to generate leads. Your work includes scraping data, building lists, and sending email sequences to potential clients. The goal is to get interested replies and pass the leads to the internal team. No meetings. No sales calls. Pure email-based lead generation.

Experience Required

• Two to six years of experience in email outreach and list building.
• Strong knowledge of email tools like instantly, lemlist, Apollo, Brevo or similar.
• Must know scraping, list verification and domain warmup.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and collect data of potential clients.
• Build high-quality prospect lists.
• Verify and clean the email lists.
• Send daily cold email campaigns.
• Create and manage simple email sequences for outreach.
• Track open rate and reply rate.
• Forward all replies and leads to the internal team.
• Maintain high deliverability and low bounce rate.
• Prepare weekly reports of leads generated.
