Operating across the US, Canada, and UK, we connect everyday people with leading brands and market research firms who want real consumer insights. We are a lean, fast-moving team building toward a vertically integrated research ecosystem. This role sits at the heart of our member engagement strategy and will have a direct impact on platform growth.

We're looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to join Paidvine—someone who doesn't just send newsletters but builds automated journeys, improves deliverability, and creates campaigns that keep members engaged.

✨ Own our email marketing strategy from end to end

✨ Build and optimize lifecycle automations in Brevo

✨ Create engaging campaigns that drive survey participation and member retention

✨ Improve email deliverability, segmentation, and campaign performance

✨ Plan exciting member engagement initiatives, referral campaigns, and seasonal promotions

✨ Track performance and continuously optimize using data and A/B testing

✔️ 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience

✔️ Strong experience with Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) or similar email automation platforms

✔️ Understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation

✔️ Excellent copywriting and analytical skills

✔️ Someone who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and high-ownership environment
