Job Title: EMT – Agent / Paramedic Agent / Medical Agent

Location: New Delhi, India

Role Purpose:

To ensure effective implementation of Breath Analyzer (BA) testing protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and support operational safety and compliance requirements in line with DGCA CAR and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Breath Analyzer Testing Compliance & Test procedures

• Ensure all testing procedures are carried out strictly in accordance with approved SOPs (BA Process) and regulatory guidelines (DGCA CAR section-5, Part -IV)
• Ensure that all BA testing activities are conducted under CCTV surveillance to maintain transparency and audit compliance
• Monitor delays in BA testing and promptly inform the concerned departments for necessary action.

Record Management

• Maintain accurate and complete records of all tests in:
• Appendix-II register
• Centralized Excel database
• Ensure minimal overwriting or corrections in Appendix-I & II.
• In case of corrections, ensure proper countersignature to maintain record integrity and audit compliance.

Communication & Reporting

• Inform relevant departments promptly regarding staff delays for BA testing.
• In case of BA positive results, ensure immediate and accurate communication to all concerned stakeholders as per escalation protocol.
• Provide timely updates to the reporting officer on monthly stationery requirements and stock status.

Operational Support

• Be available for deployment to alternate operational duties as required based on exigencies or business needs.
• Support safety and operational functions as required by the management.

Work Environment

• Airport operational environment with shift-based duties, including night shifts and emergencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification: EMT / Paramedical / Nursing / Equivalent certification
• Experience: Relevant experience in medical support, BA testing, or safety operations (preferred aviation/ground handling environment)

Regulatory Alignment

• This role ensures compliance with DGCA CAR requirements for Breath Analyzer testing applicable to ground handling personnel engaged in safety-sensitive functions.
