ARISE today comprises three separate companies, namely ARISE Ports & Logistics (P&L), ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (IIP), and ARISE Infrastructure Services (IS).
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Enterprise Applications Administrator to manage the administration, operational support, and governance of enterprise business applications across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring application availability, user access management, security administration, software licensing, and operational excellence across the enterprise application landscape.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multiple business applications in a global environment, possess strong technical and analytical skills, and demonstrate a customer-first approach while collaborating with business users, application owners, vendors, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support enterprise business applications to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Manage the complete user lifecycle, including user onboarding, offboarding, role assignments, access modifications, and periodic access reviews.
- Configure and maintain application roles, permissions, security groups, and access controls in accordance with organizational policies.
- Serve as the primary administrator for assigned enterprise applications and provide Level 2 operational support.
- Monitor application performance, proactively identify issues, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution.
- Support application upgrades, releases, patches, testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain application configurations, documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage software licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and application inventories to ensure effective utilization and compliance.
- Coordinate with business application owners to understand business requirements and support application enhancements.
- Support audit, compliance, and governance activities by maintaining appropriate documentation and access controls.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Service Desk, and business teams to ensure seamless application operations.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, business continuity testing, and operational readiness activities.
- Provide technical guidance and end-user support for enterprise applications as required..
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience administering enterprise business applications within a global organization.
- Experience managing cloud-based and on-premise enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and application administration best practices.
- Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Familiarity with software licensing, SaaS application management, and application lifecycle mgmt.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions and user provisioning tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar scripting and automation tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT governance, and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to API-based integrations and enterprise application ecosystems is an added advantage.
